1. General Policy

• Our services primarily consist of career coaching, online courses, and digital products.

• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

• Once purchased, digital products (such as courses, e-books, and webinars) are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing a product, please contact our support team for assistance

3. Career Coaching & Consultation Services

• If you wish to cancel a coaching session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

4. Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as per the chosen plan.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

• To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a system error.

  • You purchased a service/product by mistake and reported it within 24 hours of purchase without accessing it.

  • A service was not delivered as promised, subject to our review.

6. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

• Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
